Dear Revdex.com Representative, Complaint ID# [redacted] Statement on the complaints issue at our establishmentMr [redacted] had four tires installed at our location on April 6,At the time of the service the wheels and tires were extremely dirty and no scratches were noticed before or after the serviceMr [redacted] did point hairline scratches on the face of the wheelsWhich we see on all types of wheels on many makes and models have theseYou would not notice these if not being pointed outAt no point during the tire changing process does our equipment touch the face of the wheelAll the tire equipment is less that one year old and is design for the modern carsThe technician who performed this service has more than years in the tire businessI disagree that we put any scratches on the wheels at the time of the serviceAt no time did I, Mike Murray, threaten the customer that I would not give the car backBut as in all service performed at our establishment payment is due upon completionThe wheels on his vehicle are not new wheels and the scratches we presume are from everyday wear and tear

I had Murray's Tire and Auto Service install new tires on my vehicle This vehicle is a pleasure car that is only driven a coupe thousand miles per year, only is good weatherIt is pristine When I dropped the car off for service, the wheels were in 100% perfect conditionNot a scratch or nick on them When I picked the car up, of my wheels were damage by this repair facility And when I brought this matter to the attention of the owner, Mike Murray, he elected to argue with me and demand that the damage was already done before he touched my vehicle! He refused to take responsibility for the damages his organization did to my vehicle and did nothing to resolve the matter what so ever He threatened to hold my car until I paid in full
