routine procedures, visits and vaccinations. When used to their full potential, PAW Plans help our clients save roughly 15 - 20%.   At the time of opting-in, our clients can choose to pay the full amount, or break the payments into monthly installments. In the contract details in which this client signed on 4/7/17, it does state the financial responsibility of the client in the event of cancellation.   It is not our approach to mislead or coerce clients into these plans, only to help pet owners provide their pets with high quality preventive care at an affordable cost. We apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred during Ms. [redacted]’s initial visit with Keanu, but please know that we would not have provided you with PAW Plan information had we known that the pet would not be in our care for the entire year. We value our clients deeply and our goal is to treat their pets as if they are our own. Ms. [redacted]’ business has and will always be appreciated.
