Regarding Mrs*** *** complaint on behalf of her son *** *** against the Murrieta Rams Youth Football
and Cheer Program, the information is incorrect and inaccurateThe conference and local association rules and by laws state each player must play a minimum number of player per gameThe minimum number of plays per game is based on the total number of players rostered per team*** *** was afforded at least the minimum number of plays per the rules
In order to ensure each player receives his or her minimum playing time, all teams provide sideline recorders that track, monitors, and records each player playing time, play by playPrior to the beginning of the final quarter of each game, the coaches are advised of which players have yet to meet the minimum standardAt that point of the games, any player that have yet to meet the minimum standard must enter and remain in the game until he or she reaches the standardAccordingly, there are processing in place to ensure all players receives their fair-share playing time
Additionally, if a player is not afforded his or her minimum playing time, the game is considered a forfeit and the head coach can be suspended and/or finedRegarding *** *** Team, not any punishment was issued to any member of the coaching staff for this situation as it never occurred
