Thanks to Murza for finally stepping up and acknowledging our cancellation within state statute 325G. I find their explanation very weak since I sent them written notice of cancellation as well as gave verbal cancellation at my doorstep the next day. Later...I found out they did the exact same thing to one of my neighbors down the street...sent them an intimidating letter from an attorney even though he had canceled the contract within the 3 day period. I would never recommend anyone doing business with this company.
