I have reviewed the complaint submitted by [redacted] and find that it has no substanceMs [redacted] withdrew from the college close to seven years ago (she started her training in August 2009) and the college has never received a complaint in writing or verbally during that timeOur records indicate that she did well in her studies in the first nine months but then failed an advanced cardiovascular labShe needed to repeat that lab the next quarter and within two weeksinto the quarter she withdrew from the programHer statement that "90% of the students that she went to school did not graduate" is totally falseThe actual graduation rate for the year she attended was 82%Allow me to note that Ms [redacted] previously had dropped out of [redacted] prior to attending Eastwick CollegeHer statement that "the credits are not recognized" is also falseCardiovascular students upon graduation are able to sit for the national registry for ultrasound (through both CCI and ARDMS) and are recognized by the American Council on EducationHer student loans from both colleges are currently in forbearance so I will not dignify her statements regarding "looting people" and adamantly deny her request for a refund

Ms*** was accepted into the Eastwick College RN program beginning October of after passing the "Step up TEAS" entrance exam on the first attemptShe was able to transfer a large amount of credits into the program due to her six year LPN careerShe failed her first class "The Bridge -
Transitioning from LPN to RN that October quarterIn the January quarter she successfully completed both "and Therapeutic Nutrition" and "Developmental Psychology." She attempted "The Bridge" class again in April but failed and a third attempt in August in which she failed againA student is automatically withdrawn from the college upon the third failure of a core nursing courseShe is correct in the amount of loans she took out ($federal and $NJ Class), however, she fails to mention that $of those loans went to her for her personal useIn addition, Ms*** fails to mention that she also had tuition reimbursement from her company/unionConsidering all these facts, no settlement is order
