This company is refusing to do my recall work on my GM Cadillac vehicleTheir reason they stated on Facebook was that I owed for an outstanding billI took my car in for an oil leakI could tell it was oil my husband could tell it was oilI even had my husband call [redacted] to tell her it was an oil leakThis is what they repaired Andrews Cadillac Company For the record, the repair to your crossover seals, water pump, and intake seals was completed as requested last OctoberWe noted small drips of oil coming from the lower crank seals on the repair order, brought it to your attention, and recommended not addressing it because of the age and mileage of your vehicleYour â legitimate disputeâ is something you trumped up through anger and an attempt to intimidateAs I mentioned, if you choose to come back to Andrews Cadillac, it has to be understood that we will all work together calmly and professionally, which includes you settling up your past-due billIf this does not work for you, I think going somewhere else is the right thing to do She came to me and told me this is wwhat I needed to stop the leak that was destroying the drivewayWater pump could not have had a leak since we had never had to add waterThe car never overheated etcWhen she came to me and told me I need these things I point blank asked her if that was waht was leaking onto the driveway and she she yesAgain I staed it was iol leaking and told her my husbabd has had told her the same thingSo I said do it if she was sure and she said she wasWell took the the car home and still had the oil leakSo I disputed the charge on my credit card and they never challenged it at allNow he refuses to do the recall on my car till I pay past due bill that was disputed I had an oil change and when they topped off the fluids the put the wrong fluid into my brake fluidI had had my car there for every oil change every three months and no one had serviced my car ever but AndrewsWithin hours I was calling my service advisor to say my brakes were going to the floorThen the next morning they would be fineThis happened for about monthsI brought my car in and was told that my brake fluid was contaminatedI told them they were the only ones that had ever serviced my carThey tried to get out of it but I had phone records showing I had called within hrs of my oil changeI also had research showing that you can indeed start having issues with your brakes within hrsWithout this I would have been ripped offThey did fix itNot once did they say they were sorryThey did not care that they put my life and those of my grandchildren and husband at risk for a fatal crash when brakes failedI feel lucky to be aliveI think and this is just my opinion that this was done on purpose just so I would have to incur another huge repair billAndrews does like to keep you coming backBut this is just my opinion that they purposely sabotaged your vehicle so it would need more work donethey also stated above that I had an oil leak but it was just a drip or two but I have pictures of the oil leak I was referring to and it wasn't just a dripSo of course I told them not to fix thatBecause Bridgitte told me that wasn't the drip that was dripping enough to hurt the drivewayNow I am dealing with dry rotted tires two of which was just put on last year which were replaced under warrantyThanks to them I will never buy a GM product again and not a Caddillac from them for sure

Within 24 hours I was calling my service advisor to say my brakes were going to the floor. Then the next morning they would be fine. This happened for about 2 months. I brought my car in and was told that my brake fluid was contaminated. I told them they were the only ones that had ever serviced my car. They tried to get out of it but I had phone records showing I had called within 24 hrs of my oil change. I also had research showing that you can indeed start having issues with your brakes within 24 hrs. Without this I would have been ripped off. They did fix it. Not once did they say they were sorry. They did not care that they put my life and those of my grandchildren and husband at risk for a fatal crash when brakes failed. I feel lucky to be alive. I think and this is just my opinion that this was done on purpose just so I would have to incur another huge repair bill. Andrews does like to keep you coming back.
