I signed up for an online workout plan @muscleboosters and due to covid complications never got to use. Request a refund within 30 day and was decline
No info on company other than online app request numerous request for info no response paid 39.95 for workout program but due to covid complications did not utilize. Was within 30 day requirement for refund but was denyed. Bottom line paid for service I never received

Desired Outcome

Request refund be deposited back to my debit.
