Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Once I realized that there was an issue with the mileage on the vehicle I immediately contacted them Therefore they were more than aware that there was an issue and to state otherwise is simply not true.According to Muscle Car LLC., At some point there was a mistake by the Title Agency in that they recorded the wrong mileage I am in the process of verifying that the mileage was a "mistake" on the history of the vehicle I have yet to verify their claim but plan to do so as soon as possible.I will confirm that I did test drive the vehicle, but other than that, their claims that I visited different times is absolutely not true I showed up as scheduled on a Friday evening, test drove the vehicle, agreed to purchase (10/23) and picked it up the next day(10/24) The only other time I went to the dealer was to pick up the paperwork described below If they are counting that as times it is in an effort to confuse the situation They seem to be implying that I visited times before purchasing the vehicle and that is not the case.I was provided with an odometer statement that indicated that the vehicle had mileage of 193,XXX miles and was told that it was accurate It wasn't until 12/that I found out that the mileage was recorded is in excess of 300,miles by the Title Agency and that the mileage is listed as "Non-Actual" on the title Their statement to me that the mileage is actual is inaccurate If I verify that the mileage record is mistaken, I will drop the issue If it cannot be verified, I will pursue that this sale is fraudulent and falsely advertised I find it suspicious that I was also told that the title was in my name and in the mail, until I contacted them about the mileage It wasn't until that day that they hurried up and went to the title agency to flip the title to my name and then mailed it It is also accurate that Muscle Car LLChas now responded and worked with me accordingly They provided me with a CarFax and a printout document from the Title Agency that is non-definitive and I am working through verifying the information I have expressed my appreciation for this directly to them and I hope to resolve this as soon as possible. To state this clearly - This is NOT resolved

Said customer came in our dealership and wanted to buy a truckHe test drove the truck and as any customer would he tested the 4wdWhen said customer returned from his test drive he informed me he took it to his father who checked it out and told him to go forward with the dealThe customer was
told, as well as signed the Buyers Guide that stated "As-Is" No WarrantyIt was two months after the purchase date when said customer came back to the dealership and stated that the 4wd was missingThe truck had been driven in a lot of mud and had mud everywhere on the truck and frameThe part customer said was missing was the only part of the under carriage that had no mud or dirtWe take pride in having satisfied customers but we cannot satisfy a customer who went out and went 4xin the mud and dirt and in doing so he tore the truck upIf there is any other questions or concerns please feel free to give me a call###-###-#### Clinton

To whom it may concern, Mr. [redacted] came in to our dealership on or about 08/31/2015 to purchase 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee [1J4GW48S01C660267]. Mr. [redacted] inspected and test drove said vehicle in which he came to the conclusion to purchase it. Mr. [redacted] informed us that he has never...

purchased a vehicle from a dealership and was not sure how the process went for him to get the title into his name on said vehicle he was purchasing. Our staff here at Muscle Cars LLC. took the time to inform Mr. [redacted] on how the process took place and explained to him because the title process is a timely event for a dealership is why temporarytags are available for purchase that are valid for 45 days. Mr. [redacted] was updated every time he called or stopped by our dealership which he started doing 3 days after purchasing said vehicle. Here at Muscle Cars LLC. we strive to make each and every customers used car buying experience hassle and stress free which makes for a satisfied customer. [redacted] has received  title in his name and did so within the allotted time in which we have to complete the process. When Mr. [redacted] came into our dealership topick up said title he thanked me for all we did for him in helping him understand the complete process of purchasing a used vehicle cash from a dealership and how license dealerships have to go to the BMV to pay sales tax on a sold vehicle and flip title from dealerships name to customers name and has 30-45 days to do so.If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to give us a call here at Muscle Cars LLC. To start we have bought vehicles before from muscle Cars. When I buy a used vehicle I look for things to see if they work not to see if parts are missing. That could be why the salesman told me, my dad, and a friend that went with me to show the missing parts, that he spun the tires in the gravel to check the 4×4 and I know the truck was bought "as is " but it was purchased as a 4×4 and it's not they lied. To prove it when I took the truck back to show them the parts was missing. The father Randy (the owner) had the mechanic to remove the front wheel to check at the hub. That they had replaced before I bought the truck. If there was ever a axel bolted too the hub the hub would be scratched up from installing  it not that hold axel in the hub Randy the owner saw the hub was untouched he walked away and said he was going to start looking for the parts for me. A week later a mutual friend Lonnie said they almost had all the parts together for me. The salesman Clinton is a lier and this is not the only time he has other issues in court for lying to customers whom ever deals with this should deal with the owner Randy not the crook salesman Clinton he was the one whom answered the last statement. And my truck is always here to inspect the truck has not been off roading in mud since I have had it and that should be clear if someone was to look at it. Thank you for time. [redacted] 12/30/16
