trying to make everyone is happy that walks through our doors no matter what hte issue might be. I have refunded your two months of payments and hope this satisfies your complaint. You should have received two email invoices. The first was refunded immediately after your call this morning. My staff was just doing what they thought was correct according to the contract you had signed. I have attached a copy of the contract you signed so you can see what my staff was referign to when they spoke to you. It clearly states that you signed a month to month contract with my manager Josh (his initials are on the bottom). I am sorry that you were under a different impression. We have always offered one month only contracts that clients pay with cash, this has been offered since we took over Parkwest in May of 2014. Again we apologies if you were told something different when you signed up with my manager.We are sincerely sorry that you were so unhappy with your experience with Parkwest Fitness and hope we can serve you better in the future.
