This lady has renewed the claim three times now this is from
December of and where she states that I left state and took keys with me to my bigger trucks I didn't even have bigger trucks then and also my employees said and took pictures of the night stand tv stand table whatever she is calling it now it was scratched like that before we even moved it can we please close this claim
Customers were present during loading. They expressed to us to make as much fit as possible. They did not provide enough blankets to insure no damages. We were instructed by the customer to put remaining items in trailer without protection. We are not the ones that transported items. Items were secure before our departure from job. For the items to have been moved like that it had to have been a during transportation.
