Though fully aware of past Customs issues, Seller's Reps failed to inform me, misrepresented the facts numerous times, & gave me only a partial refund
In the numerous phone discussions with Seller's Customer Service Reps in the week(s) prior to my order (#XXXXXXXXX)on 2/9/for MuscleTech Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite - Capsules (with a 2nd included for free), having stated each time that I live in Israel & wanted to ensure no problems / issues, at NO point in time did any of the Reps even come close to indicating that there were past & possible future problems, issues, etc., with deliveries to IsraelBased on this, I placed my order, which was for US $+ US $in shippingLong story short, Israeli Customs stopped the order from being delivered, stating or more unapproved ingredients in the capsules, & gave me the choice of paying for the package to be returned, having the Seller pay for the return, or to simply abandon the packageI immediately contacted the Seller who

The company failed to delivery my orderI have contacted the customs and they have no record of the package entering the countryThe shipping company DHL says that they have no record either and from what I believe have misplaced the packageThe local post office also never received the package
After exchanging tens of emails, the company refunded the courier charges which were $They tell me that they will only provide a refund when the package gets returned back to them, however DHL seema to have misplaced it, so I don't think it will reach them anytime soon
My money is stuck and Muscle & Strength have no right to hold my money like this
The fault is on the part on the courier company which should be penalized, rather than troubling the custome

Orders not delivered
I made Orders #XXXXXXXXX and #XXXXXXXXX to be shipped internationally, After more than a month they have not been deliveredThey already exceeded the delivery promised time
After a Research I had to do on my own, one of the packages is retained at local post office, I had to take hours out of work to try to get my package and then they could not give it to me because local post said the items shipped to me did not have permission to enter, and I have to request a permission to the Health Ministry
I do not have time to do all thisI never had this issue with other companiesI have ordered similar items multiple times and they are delivered at my front door as promised
Customer Service wants me to wait I don't know how long for the packages to be returned to themI shouldn't have to wait, I need my money and it is not my fault that they did not deliver my package

I have asked this company via link, email, & facebook multiple times to unsubscribe from mailings which they said they have continue to be spammed

I was provided with wrong tracking codes and misleading information when it came to a refundThey even sent me an email saying I've been issued a refund but the money never arrivedWhen I tried to contact them, they never replied to any of those messagesI got my money back finally thanks to PayPal buyer protection
It is not about duties and taxes in my country (Muscle and Strength clearly said that they will refund me and I should inform DHL to return the package to seller)They provided me with wrong tracking codes, so I'd think that the package was still being shipped but in reality, they've got it back weeks ago with a different tracking codeWhen they got caught lying, they stopped replying to me and Muscle & Strength never refunded me, I had to get my money reversed through PayPal buyer protection
