The business, Muscle System finally contacted me regarding the below complaintI would like to thank you for your assistanceIf it weren’t for you I’d probably be still waiting for a refund***, the owner
or manager gave me all kinds of excusesNone of them were of my concern, she should understand she is a business owner and the customers’ concerns precede hersIm not sure what to do from hereI told her I would rescind the complaintBut the way they handled the situation was terrible until you guys stepped inPlease let me know if you need anything further

Review: Muscle Systems is a no contract month to month gym ($20). I signed up for a membership on 3/1 and was not satified with the gym so I cancelled around 3/23. Desk man informed me I would have to pay another month because I cancelled too soon, I said I was ok with it. Next month passed and everything seemed good. Until May came around and I was charged another 20 dollars for the Muscle System Gym membership. This charge was unexpected and caused my checking account to OD. I called the gym to resolve the issue, I was informed the fee would be reversed soon. On 5/16, I noticed the fee was not reversed but charged once again. So I remained patient and wanted to call back but I waited to see if the month to month would be charged. 6/1 came around and I was charged, yet another 20 bucks. SO now I'm out $60, Ive spoekn to several employees including the owner [redacted] and havent received a reimbursement. I have yet to get a call back as well. This business is incredibly unprofessional as I have been extremely patient up until now. I have cancelled my debit card to avoid another charge but fear if they do not cancel it, I will be sent to collections erroneously and have to deal with that hole situation. The fron counter girl Sharrie, is very empathetic but she is unable to assist me. She tells me it is up to [redacted] or [redacted], the owner to resolve it. Please help me...Desired Settlement: I would like ot be properly refunded.. I have intitiated a dispute with my credit union, but this is only half the problem. I do not want to be sent to collections by a business that does not understand how to properly resolve customer issues.
