Fraudulent charges to my credit card
Charged $92.00 to my credit card.

Advertised guarantee product satisfaction seems to be hoax. I returned the product, they reshipped 2 bottles back priority mail, no refund given.
Frustrated. I left the state to contract in another state for 4 months. Returned in January to find the package in my post office box. The company's satisfaction guarantee is to send it back to me. The bottles were still sealed when I shipped it back to company. As I was out of state, I do not know the date of arrival to the PO Box. Testoboost bottom of jar reads lot# *** The Muscleboost bottle lot #WXXXXXXXX. Let me know if I should attach a camera shot of the bottles.

I am working out of state again until September 30th. My current contact address is *** , *** Irving Texas 75039 if I need to fill out any forms.

This company without my permission set me up for a monthly charge for workout tracker. The subscription wasn't valid.
This company without my permission set me up for a monthly charge on Jan 14. When I noticed the charge on my account I immediately attempted to go in the app to see if the subscription was active. I was brought to a screen that ask basic physical questions to provide the best workout regimen. After that screen I was taken to the subscription page to purchase a plan. To my knowledge of I were to have subscribed on Jan.14 why would I have to resubscribe. So I know that this charge is an error.

tje address on my checking account is elk grove, ca. howeer I called the business that operates in that city and they said they have never sold this product and have been getting numerous complaints about this
I think this is a scam and need help to reolve the issue

This company without my permission set me up for a monthly charge to receive products that I was only supposed to get one time and for only one charge
I received an email from this company talking about how I could increase my muscle strength with a product called Muscle Boost X. They offered the product for $4.99 for two bottles and they also offered me something called Testo Boost X for an additional $4.99. There was nothing else in the add that mentioned I was signing up for anything else except to receive these products on a one time basis. Therefore, I sent for these products and used a credit card for the purchase of them. I did receive the product a week or so later, but then I received more product a month later, which is something I did not sign up for. When I checked my credit card account, I noticed that this company had charged me $40.00 for the extra product. I then called the company. They tried to tell me that I did sign up to receive these products on a monthly basis which is not true. The person on the phone argued that it was my mistake. I told him to cancel the monthly sending for these products to me.
