*** *** and Priority Mail (which he chose not to use)When his order was shipped he received an email with the *** tracking informationI did return his emails and even tracked his package for himI have no control over how long *** takes to deliver a package from California to IndianaMost people that are in a rush to receive an item let us know so we can try to accommodate them (he did not)His package WAS delivered on Tuesday (he said it arrived Wed)We happily accept returns if a customer is not happy with the productReturns are usually paid for by the customer unless other arrangements have been madeI offered to accept his return, but didn't feel that it was our fault so why should we have to pay for shipping both waysHe has sent me several threatening emails which I have saved and would be happy to send to youI asked him to stop harassing me, but he has continued even after I refunded the complete amount of the product and shipping and asked him to dispose of the item as he sees fit on 7/I'm not exactly sure what else he wants from us since he filed this complaint AFTER I issued the refundThank you for your time

Review: I ordered a picture print from this comapny on a Saturday and they never stated how long it would take to get to my home but I was thinking they would offer some shipping options but there were none to choose from on their web site. I needed the print for a guest of mine from out of this country and the package didn't arrive until after my guess had left.I sent them numerous requests, asking when the package was to arrive and they initially did not answer me. I finally received an e mail stating that the package would arrive Tuesday and it arrived on Wednesday, days after my guest had left. When I contacted them, a Ms. [redacted] advised me that my package was shipped on Tuesday but it took over a week to get the package.Not only was I mislead on the web site but Ms. [redacted] stated she could recall the package but I would have to pay return shipping which I disagreed with. They never advised me that it was going to take 9 days to get a package from California to Indiana- hence my desire to not receive the package. Ms [redacted] advised me that she could recall the package and she never did because she stated that I would have to pay for the postage back to them for a refund. This is a very unfair business practice of not offering or advising your customers of shipping dates.Desired Settlement: I want to return my purchased item and I want them to pay for return shipping and credit my credit card for the full amount of the item and the shipping since they did not offer or suggest any other delivery options.Thank you;[redacted]
