I checked with our credit card processing company *** *** and they informed me that the person making the complaint had attempted to place an order with our company but the credit card was declined.*** *** stated that no funds were received and therefore no funds could be return. I
later talked with our computer person and they should me how to check our software for failed transactions and sure enough I found the failed transaction.I sent an email directly to the customer to the above results several days ago. I hope this explains what happens. I feel I have exhausted all I can do regarding this matter. *** *** / Mushroom Adventures

Review: I bought merchandise from the vendor's website. $60.05 was deducted from my girlfriend's debit card. The item was never shipped. I spoke to the owner approximately a month after the purchase. The owner said it didn't appear to be processed on the website and he didn't have an itemized list from his credit card company. He said he'd look into it. Two weeks later and I've been unable to contact the owner via email or phone.Desired Settlement: I would've liked to have the product shipped, but after his unwillingness to work with me I'd prefer a refund.
