I got a recommendation from my realtor to use Music City Exteriors to repair my roof after I had an ice dam in February I had major interior damage to my home It is so refreshing to meet someone true to their word He told me his crew would be at my house at and they were there not one minute late He came through out the day to ensure everything was done accordingly His crew was professional and everything was cleaned up before they left I trust him so much that I had his company handle all my interior damage He has dealt with my insurance company and totally handled everything for me It has taken so much stress off me to know that my house will be better than it was beforeI can't say enough good things about Music City Exteriors and the owner [redacted] [redacted] Retired Capt, NC, USAF

I had rain damage inside my home due to the rubber flat roof, but also hail damage on the main roof portion of my home, which also contributed to the water damage A friend referred me to Jeff Thorne, who examined the damage, spoke with the insurance adjusters, and repaired both the roofs and the inside ceiling His professional experience and interaction with the insurance company was of the highest qualityFrom beginning to completion he followed up on the details and advised me as well on steps that I should complete I highly recommend his company as the first rate choice when you need a new roof for your home
