Great job replacing bottom retainer and rubber seal on both of my garage doors [redacted] also adjusted the chains, fixed a panel and lubricated the doorsVery satisfied with the work

I am out of town a great deal for work, often not around these days to help my 72 year old mother with things around her home. The most disconcerting of which was when her garage door wouldn't close and she felt unsafe as the sun was going down. Let me tell you that is a horrible feeling.
I called [redacted] at Music City Garage Doors and he came out immediately (after hours) to work on the door. He was so kind and helpful to my mother, who isn't wild about people coming to her house. She really liked [redacted]'s calm, can-do demeanor. He fixed the door and even added some structural support so the problem wouldn't return and it hasn't!
I wish he did more than garage doors, because this is the kind of guy you would to call to help your family. [redacted] if you're reading this, thank you for making my mother feel safe. Great great work and much appreciated customer service.
