I financed a car with them on 2/26/They took a $down paymentFinance company has no record in the system of thisI can not reach them I financed a car with them on 2/26/They took a $down paymentI tried to call the finance company on the bottom of my contract and they have no record of me in the systemI also have tried for two days reaching out to them and they are not answeringI received a message on 3/14/from them saying they were going to repossess my car because they can't verify employmentI can not get ahold of them to fix this issueI have a two year old son and can not be left with no carThey also were supposed to pay off an existing loan and add it to my new car loanThey never did this resulting in that Credit Union to report non payment to my creditSo this has now affected my creditThe pay off date for that loan was 3/4/

My husband and I were looking for Honda Ridgeline, we walked into the business and no one acknowledge our presents in the the dealershipThey acted like they didn't want to wait on us as if you're black and want buy anythingOur money spend just like the whitesWe were very offendedFinally some came over to help us and they gave us every excuse on why they couldn't get the Ridgeline we wantedThey tried very hard to put us into something we didn't wantThey said they couldn't special order the Ridgline we wantedMy husband called the corporate office and tried to get them to special order the vehicle and the lady hung the phone up on himThe salesmen are very rude to customer and they don't do followup to see if you are still looking for a carSo if you are Black go as for as you can from Clarksville and surrounding to find a Honda dealership

Terrible dealership! Had my wife's car for month for a repair the repair was not completedGave her a loaner car the broke down on her and when she called the manager to pick up there loaner car they did not pick it up for over a monthThe employee that was working with my wife is no longer employed there and told the office nothing and the office reported the rental stolenThe loaner had a large amount of damage when she picked up the loaner and now the dealership is trying hold her responsible for the damage

Dealership informed me that I had been approved for a loan & allowed me to drive away with the vehicle even though they never got the loan approved
On April 17, I purchased a Honda Accord at Music City HondaAt the time of the sale, I was told that I had been approved through Honda Financial Services, I signed all the paperwork, the temporary tags were placed on the vehicle and I was handed the keysThen, after weeks, I started to wonder why I hadn't received anything from Honda Financial Services concerning my first payment, my account number, where I should send my payment, etcLikewise, I only had about a week left on the temp tag and I still hadn't received anything back on the vehicle registration statusI called the dealership and was told that I "might need to make the first payment directly to the dealership" because it sometimes takes longer than days to get all the paperwork processed and making the payment to the dealership would ensure that no late fees

On March 30, 2017, my husband and I returned our leased Honda Civic Hybrid, and leased a Honda CivicWe understood that our remaining payments (through June 2017) would be added to payments for the new carOur salesman was Marty P*** The new car sales manager at that time, Chris A***, left Music City Honda shortly after our visit
Around May 1, 2017, we received a bill from Honda Financial Services for $for the hybridI notified Honda on May by phone that this car was returned in March to Music City Honda
On May 12, I spoke with Aaron M***, who replaced MrA*** as New Car ManagerHe said he would check into the matter and call me backI left another call for MrM*** on May He answered, and said he was still checking
On June 5, I left a message for Josh B***, General Manager, Music City HondaI left another message June Neither call was returned
My husband and I received a letter from Honda Financial Services dated May 15, 2017, stating that it was official notice that the Honda was returned to Music City HondaThis was a great relief, and I thought it was all taken care ofI later spoke to Crystal at HFS, who said HFS still needed the Vehicle Return Receipt from Music CityI passed that information to the people I spoke to there
I spoke to Yonee at HFS 6-13-He said they still did not have the Vehicle Return Receipt, or any information about the payments being madeI expressed my concern about losing our good credit ratingHe said we had thirty days after June before the matter would be sent to a collection agencyI mailed a check for the amount Honda said we owed ($1,552.34) on June 15, I also filed a case online with Honda Customer Service
I do not understand why this business has an A+ ratingI think it probably refers to the previous owners, the ***We leased Hondas for years from them with no problemsI would not go back to Music City for another car, and I don't recommend that anyone else does, either
