would we run a scam to not get paid. We did send an insurance claim for 527.00. One extraction was 229.00 the other one was impacted so it was 298.00. We also did 2 heliplugs at 65.00 each we do not bill those to insurance because they do not pay for those. So 527.00 plus 130.00 for the 2 heliplugs is 657.00. The patient paid 275.40 and that makes the balance 381.60.
