Music City Pickers

My name is Vincent and I am very disappointed with my experience with a purchase from Music City Pickers.
I bougth an amp, a vintage 1968 fender bassman head, the amp have been shipped with the transformers unscrewed and without the proper boltnuts , also some of the the screws were non original and non mached screws.
one of the transformers was rewired, even if they assured me that all the parts were original.

during the shipment the absence of the screws caused the misplacement of the transformers and the rupture of one of the the tubes.
lack of professionalism in the packaging of the item.
The amp have been shiped with the tubes on their socket!!!!! With some buble wrap badlty wrapped around them, even if I asked to take out the tubes.
After I called the shop several times asking about Brady who suppose to be the boss of the shop and without having the priviledge to talk to him "i have been told he was not there" from a guy called kevin , who told me to contact the shipping company becouse the amp was fully insured, the same guy kevin reacted to my gentile verbal complyn by hunging up on me!!!
I contacted the fedex and did the complain but the complain have been rejected...

Very disappointed I will never purchase from these people again.
