Why you should NOT use Music City Roofers: Took them two weeks to send someone out for an estimate, and they were supposed to show up with a droneInstead they send an older woman who states she says she doesn't get on roofs that aren't flatThen someone was supposed to come back out the following week, but they never showI call and they send someone else out the very next dayYoung guy, flat out refuses to get on the roof for "safety reasons"He doesn't have a ladder anyway, so that's not happeningSupposed to come back out the next day and get up there to assessNothingNo showNo phone call So ridiculously frustratingThese guys are supposed to be roofers and no one can get on a roof?!? I speak with the owner, JEFF, and he tells me that the younger guy who came *did [redacted] give us a quote before he leftI tell him he did not and reiterate that he did not get up on the roof at all and was supposed to come back to do soHe insinuates that I'm lying and that we received a quote and that's what they're sticking withI ask how that's possible when no one got on the roof? He says that they don't need to get on the roof to give a quote for roof repairWHAT?? He then proceeds to tell me that if I want to schedule work with them that I should HAVE MY HUSBAND CALL HIM Conversation over Sexist and insulting all aroundI would not recommend anyone deal with these people

Took them two weeks to send someone out for an estimate, and they were supposed to show up with a drone. Instead they send an older woman who states she says she doesn't get on roofs that aren't flat. Then someone was supposed to come back out the following week, but they never show. I call and they send someone else out the very next day. Young guy, flat out refuses to get on the roof for "safety reasons". He doesn't have a ladder anyway, so that's not happening. Supposed to come back out the next day and get up there to assess. Nothing. No show. No phone call. So ridiculously frustrating. These guys are supposed to be roofers and no one can get on a roof?!?

Sexist and insulting all around. I would not recommend anyone deal with these people.
