Review: Company calls my mother late at night (around 9:30pm) and before advertised she has won money. Tonight, she received a call from this company, let it go to her voice mail, and when she retrieved the voice mail, they were claiming they were from [redacted] and they needed her to contact them.Desired Settlement: The company needs to be investigated as to why a music store is calling people on the other side of the country, telling them they have won money and now claiming they are from a phone company. Please stop all contact.

Our toll free number has been "spoofed" and is being used to make calls all over the country. We have cancelled the number and are taking steps to insure that this doesn't happen again. We are a small local company and would not ever call people late at night or use a deceptive identity.

I'm a senior citizen, on a limited income, and desired to purchase an affordable piano for my wife on our 48th. anniversary. I contacted "[redacted]" at Music City and was shocked at the integrity of this representative. This person knew exactly what I was looking for and provided us with an outstanding piano at a price that was very affordable. My wife cried for 2 hours after the spinet was delivered. It is beautiful with a quality that is second to none. I cannot state accurately enough about the superior integrity of this company and "[redacted]" who represents them. If you are looking for honesty, quality, and reasonable pricing, then Music City should be strongly considered.
