I ordered a speaker from Music Group Fed Ex promised delivery on Saturday, but nothing was delivered I called Music Group on Monday to inquire Jason was in charge of shipping, and he responded immediately He contacted [redacted] to get the correct information, he called me within minutes to let me know what he found out, and he requested Fed Ex to call me with new delivery information [redacted] called me I was no-longer worried because the selling and delivery systems were working to satisfy me I intend to purchase additional items from Music Group
Had warranty issue with Midas Prowas taken care of in about hours with replacement sent next dayHave dealt with many warranty centers during my business career but none have been resolved with the care and speed done here By the way this is my second warranty claim in the last years and the earlier was settled just as quicklyThanks
