Complaint:
As I explained in an email dated on 10/18/(attached to this response), the only reason I even brought up the vet bills was because of a conversation we had on 9/15/15, when Loki was first suspected of having a liver issue. And I did ask about a replacement at that time and you said that having a new puppy with a sick baby was very hard and that you were going to try to sell a couple of puppies so that you could send some money to help with the expenses that you knew were comingAlso at the end of the email I explained that all I was asking for was what was covered in his health guarantee, which is a replacement puppy. I apologize for the confusion on this but I have read and reread his health guarantee and still do not see where is states that he must be deceased in order for a replacement to take placeIt simply states that a replacement will not be made on a deceased puppy until a necropsy has been performed to determine the cause of deathI am not trying to be argumentative I just want to make sure there aren’t any more misunderstandings so that we can get this resolvedI have sent you his veterinary diagnosis and I have also attached it to this response again. I also have a screenshot of the text message that I sent you on 9/23/asking if you had received this report which also includes your response that you did receive itI can get another letter from his vet if you require more than what was originally receivedAs far as his registration papers I had not received them at the time of our last communication but I have attached them and also the proof of his microchip registration through AKC ReuniteI do apologize for not sending you his AKC Reunite proof, this was an oversight on my part. I will also forward all of the attachments to this response to your personal email as well***, I did not want to get a third party involved in this (I have never had to do so in my life!) but felt that I had no choiceI am willing to accept the resolution to this if in fact you will promise to provide us with a replacement puppy of equal or greater value, when one becomes available, per your health guarantee. Loki is a plush coated teacup with cropped ears and I would expect the replacement to be of the same quality, only healthy. I would like some type of time frame on the replacement for documentations sake. I understand that you cannot give me a definitive answer, just a time frame please. I do not hold any ill will toward you and only want what we agreed to in your contract which is a healthy baby. I know at the time of our last communication that you were having health issues and I do sincerely hope that you are doing well

When we spoke about your puppy's health issues, we did not discuss replacing your puppy at that time.  Nor have we discussed this since that time.  I quit corresponding with you when you started asking for me to give you money for vet bills.  Per my health guarantee, I do not pay vet...

bills.  I have never refused to replace your puppy.  I have every intention of replacing your puppy.  However, this does not occur before the death of the puppy, in which a necropsy is required.  Your guarantee also requires that you furnish me with copies of all veterinary diagnosis, registration papers, copy of necropsy report and proof of microchip registration with AKC Reunite.  I have yet to receive them.  I was not expecting them, because your puppy has not expired.  If you want a replacement puppy before your Loki passes on, I will make that exception on this occasion.  You will have to wait till I have one, however long that takes. Hopefully soon.  I currently have not had many puppies of my own to sell.  Ones I have posted on the website have been those puppies of my breeder friend that I sell for him. I really like you very much.  And I want to help you within my capabilities. Best wishes to you.
