Music Shifter

I engaged MusicShifter to convert CD's to Mp3 files. When I received the Mp3's, they were unusable to me because they did not follow the naming system on the discs. As it is an audio course made my a man who is not tech savvy, there is no way to link the discs together without the naming system. I spent hundreds of dollars getting the service, and they did not contact me when they made the decision to not follow the naming system on the discs. I was in communication with whom I assume was the owner, who initially offered me less than 50% refund and who then said that because his staff did the work, it didn't matter that the end product was unusable to me due to their lack of communication, they did not feel a refund was in order. I then had to re-purchase the course itself from the original vendor, which cost me another several hundred dollars.
