As you are stating that if your vehicle was pulled into the vehicle in the front why are you claiming damages on the side of the vehicleFirst you were claiming damages on left side and now you are claiming damages on the right sideThis clearly is not making sense

Cleary, there is a misunderstanding as to what my profession is (I don't work construction)There is no way that the damage on my vehicle is from a parking issue (unless the vehicle sits shoulder height off the ground over the wheel well of my vehicle, and the pictures you provided do not show any damage to my vehicle prior to entering the carwashI believe the damage occurred when the carwash malfunctioned causing the vehicle in front of me to jump off the track and pulled my vehicle into the now stopped vehicle (this was the second time I was pulled into another vehicle)The employee at the time told me "not to worry about it" and "if it happens again we will take care of it"I also have the information of the person who I was pulled into to support the fact that the carwash malfunctioned causing an accidentFact is you have not provided any clear pictures showing my vehicle damaged prior to entering the carwash
Also, I have not returned to nor do I ever intend to return to your business for personal use

After seeing the pics that Mr. [redacted] provided, It seems like he can't get his story straight. He stopped by  after his car wash and came back and told our employees that he had scratches on his door and after we reviewed the surveillance the whole story changed. Looking at the pics these scratches look more like parking dings and scratches. The windshield chip is also on the video  I am attaching the pic. By the way everything in the car wash spins and is in the straight line so I can 't understand the scratches going up and down and sideways. Looking at the damage I have to say this was used at a construction site. Mr [redacted] is hoping that somebody pays for his mishaps. Our employees are requesting that MR. [redacted] take his business elsewhere.
