Review: I purchased a handbag from muska bags October, 2013. The signs in the window indicated there were drastic reductions and that "everything must go". The bag ripped within 2 weeks, so I brought it back and the saleswoman reluctantly exchanged it for another. This was for the Fall season, so I used it for 2 months and when I attempted to use it again this Fall I noticed it was ripped. It was not abused and clearly was defective merchandise. After being unable to reach them by phone, I returned to the store on 2 occasions to exchange it. Again, the window had signs for drastic reductions and "everything must go". Each time a different saleswoman was present and they were instructed to say the [redacted] was away and they had no authority to do anything. I asked for the [redacted]'s name and contact information. I was told he is [redacted]. When I called to talk to him, the employee claimed she never heard of him. There are 2 other store locations listed on their business card at [redacted] and [redacted]. This whole "business" operation appears quite questionable and phony.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund since this merchandise is clearly defective. Furthermore, I would like to see this "business" investigated as it clearly is some kind of sham with extremely disreputable people behind it.

Review: To whom this may concern,

Three separate issues make up this complaint, the main one being that I was sold a leather bag of inferior quality. Both the owner and the sales representative assured me the bag was from Italy; when I asked for proof (after I purchased the bag) the owner was befuddled and swore that were I to come back in two days time he would have the paperwork to back up his claim. When I returned he was nowhere to be found and would not communicate directly with me when called.

This complete the first part of my complaint; the second part concerns the sales representatives. The woman I was talking to assured me that the bag was %100 Italian leather, which happens to be a misrepresentation of what the product is; this is the original reason why I purchased the bag.

Lastly, when I had returned for the invoice the manager had promised to show me, the two sales representatives that were there that day kept making inappropriate comments about my son's speech impediment and even went as far as filming him. This strikes me as highly unprofessional, bordering on the harassment.Desired Settlement: I wish for a personal apology from the manager and both sales representatives present that day, as well as a full investigation of the quality and origin of the leather used for the bags.
