Good after noon; I have received an e-mail regarding a complaint from a Mr*** ***, File number #***Today I have tried 4-Times to reach out and Call Mr*** on Phone ####-###-#### Looking to talk with Mr*** in response that He had ask to talk with a Manager or
the BossBe being the owner I feel it best that I myself talk with Mr***I am confused as who he may have Talked with on 6/28/2015, as he States that he was Made Fun Of, and Laughed at. Which is a Sunday and we are Closed on Sunday's. As I go over the Paper work regarding the initial problem that the car has come in for, was a check engine light on and sputtering while drivingAfter our Technician completed his Diagnostics test, it was determined that there was a Misfire in Cylinder number 8, cause of Misfire was a faulty ignition coil. We put in the ignition coil and then removed it to replace the Spark Plug also with Cylinder #We first attempted to clean and re-use the original spark plug but it would not run smooth enough so that lead up to the replacement of the spark plug, Generally speaking it is best recommended that when you replace one Spark Plug it would be best to replace all the Spark Plugs, Our Technician then Pulled a couple more Spark Plugs next to Cylinder # and made the determination that they should all be replaced as we have no Idea of when they were last replaced, the Customer's Mr*** decided not to replace all the spark plugs, and it was at this time that our Technician & Sales Women Maggie recommended to do a Power Injection Fuel Cleaning, to clean the remaining spark plugs, Cylinders and also clean all the Injectors as well, to which Mr*** Approved Mitchel Labor time has down 0.6 Hours for Ignition Coil Replace and Hours for the Spark PlugAs I stated before we did pull other Spark Plugs for Inspection Prior to the recommendation to replace all the Spark PlugsWe only Charged the Customer One Hour Labor to replace one Spark Plug and the Ignition Coil and also the inspection of the other Spark Plugs Prior to our Recommendation to replace the Rest of the Spark PlugsOur thoughts in regard's to the Power injection Cleaning that this will prolong the life of the older Spark Plugs and Fuel Injectors to help Make this Mustang GT run Better and for a longer time. At the time of the Recommendation and through out the discussion, it was our Technician, and Sales Women Maggie understanding that Mr*** was in total Favor of doing this Repair. I Myself was not here at this time, and to date have not yet had the Opportunity to Speak with Mr***Today Since I have Received this Complaint I have reached out and Attempted to contact Mr*** as I stated earlier 4-Different time's I did Leave both my Store # ###-###-#### and Cell Phone number # ###-###-#### for Mr*** to Contact me at his Earliest Convenience. STAY AWAY! Took a 2009 Traverse in with multiple codes for diagnosis and repair. Gave them all the codes but they didn’t take them and said they needed to do their own diagnosis and charge me.

The owner (Keith) calls back personally and said that I needed a new engine, water pump and other parts. Cost would be $8,000. Claimed to have personally talked to the local Chevy dealer and district manager. Keith says he was told this is a common problem and that Chevy usually has new engines in stock but didn’t have any at the time. He also suggested a $4k option not guaranteed to fix the problem. I declined both options.

I went to the Chevy dealer myself the next day and repeated the convo with Keith to the service manager and advisor.

Nobody at Chevy recalled talking with Keith. (Strike 1).

Chevy doesn’t keep engines in stock and the repair didn’t call for an engine replacement (Strike 2)

Their estimate was less than $4k and didn’t involve a new engine and water pump. A factory extended warranty for a recall repair brought my cost down to less than $2k. (Strike 3)

Draw your own conclusions about honesty, integrity, and ability.

"BRAVO" to Muskego Tire and Auto !

They have recently helped me solve a "tire problem" and have gone over and above in their Customer Service.

I will be recommending the business to friends and family based on the outstanding care they have taken.

Thank You to [redacted] and his entire crew.

"What goes around comes around"

Review: Okay so recently I brought a 1999 Mustang gt into this place. I fell totally over charged and scammed. I new what the problem was at hand from a engine scan. Cylinder 8 misfire. Which I was told I needed to do a fuel injection flush and a ignition coil. . Well the fuel injection flush was pointless pointless and I never needed it done. Basically it's just a can of Lucas dumped into the fuel take. I could of of done that but yet I was charged 179 dollars for that. Which wasn't needed and nothing to Doane with my problem. And on top of that the ignition coil costed me 130 dollars when u can buy them for 25-30 dollars for one. I felt like I was way overcharged. They charged me 110 dollars for the labor to put the spark plug and the ignition coil on. I feel it's not fairDesired Settlement: I'm looking for a manager/boss to call me, I was made fun of and laughed at on how much you walked me on things and service. I'm only looking for something fair back because I could of gotten a full pack of aftermarket ignition coils for 250$ or less. But instead I was charged 130 dollars for one. And not including labor for the one coil. The fuel flush wasn't what I wanted. So I'm demanding someone to call and talk to me and hopefully give me some credit back it wasn't fair.
