Caliber Cashed my Post dated Check days early that cost me $dollar NSF charge and refused to make good on it I spoke with original customer Representative and then her Manager called me back the next day Caliber Home Loans Statement was that They don't accept Post dated checks I replied with- Well cashed it...Early They said Right we cashed it but we don't pay attention to the date on the check They said I should have asked them first if they accept post dated checks I simply asked them to make good on the dollar NSF charge By crediting me dollars on my next months mortgage or sending me a check for dollars It doesn't seem like much, but it's half of a dollar bill, and it's the principal They stood firm and basically said it was my fault
on 11/17/my city was hit with a severe windstorm My house, along with many others, was hit by a large tree, causing damage to my yard, sidewalk and house I immediately opened a claim with my insurance and secured a contractor the insurance copaid and the contractor did excellent work The problem is Caliber Home Loans Since they have an interest in the house, the inscowrote checks to myself and Caliber This required me to send the checks to them for endorsement Every time I sent a check in, Caliber would not send back the endorse check until I met the ever increasing demands I felt like a kid asking their parents for money Finally, the last check, was sent and I was assured that they would endorse the check immediately and return it Caliber did not do that They now are telling me they need more paper work and the DO NOT accept email Only fax and mail I have had to finance most of the $in repairs myself until they have sent the checks back N

Home roof damaged from a storm on 04/11/ Roof repaired 06/15/ Request for inspection was made 06/12/17, nothing has been done as of today
Our home (roof) was damaged by a storm on 04/11/ I contacted my insurance company and made a claim for the damage An insurance adjuster came and stated that the entire roof would need to be replaced due to the damage from the storm and completed his estimate of replacement on 04/17/ Contact was made our mortgage company Caliber Home Loans during this time and was advised that insurance check would need to be sent to them for disbursement to contractor and homeowner according to their policies
After obtaining a contractor for this insurance claim, all documents had been gathered from contractor and faxed to Caliber Home Loans as requested by them prior to work being started on roof replacement As per instruction from Caliber Home Loans loss department, an inspection is needed of the replacement roof prior to funds bei
