Muskegon Auto Repair

I took my car to be repaired and was happy with the price considering the work that I needed to be done. Nevertheless, one of the issues was not fixed which was supposed to be included in the price. I took the car back after noticing the same problem persisted. They fixed the problem and returned the car back to me. I even offered to pay for the parts even though they were supposed to be included. Unfortunately, now my car is worse then what it was when I brought it in for the initial assessment and repairs. I called and the first front desk representative told me to bring my car in on Monday. I brought the car around 12:45 pm that Monday which was the 9th of March. It is now March the 11th and I checked with the owner of the shop yesterday around 11:30 he told me that my vehicle would be ready by later that afternoon, which was March 10th. I did not hear from him at all yesterday or today and it's 2:46 pm. I have rented a car because I have no other means of transportation I am a college student full-time, I work and I have three small children. I have paid over $1,213.00 for my car to be fixed and this is money that I do not have. This is also not including the car rental that I have paid $360 for the past 3 days. Another thing that happened is that the rear brakes were supposed to be fixed and they were not. However, I took the car in the next day and met the owner halfway by actually paying for the parts of the brakes but not the labor. The brakes were fixed but now the car is still putting along while pressing the gas.
