After reading some of the other reviews we were a bit skeptical before arriving. Wow were we pleasantly surprised. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We had a large group (1 deluxe cabin, and 4 pull thru sites) everyone we were camping with loved the place. The kids loved the park especially the zip line and jumping pillow. The water was very clear and the beach area was nice. The water slides were an added bonus. They maintained the sites very well, we saw many people leave and the staff was there cleaning each site even raking the fire pits.
There were rules, but I understand why, in order to keep safety and the ability to have fun activities like the water slide there has to be rules.
We rented kayaks and a flat bottom boat which was fun as well. Overall we were very happy with our whole experience at the KOA and will be going back in the future.
