The customers wife agreed to the $150 installation charge when in the store but if they are unhappy we will issue a refund today.

I am rejecting this response because:  This is the 3rd time a repair guy has been to my house and has failed to fix the issue.    Now, he discovered another problem because this time the repair guy called tech support for [redacted], (he should have done this the last time).  Now he is ordering additional parts to fix the issues (3rd time) and of course it will take another week for parts to come in and another day I'll need to take off from work.As I stated to the manger at [redacted] this is completely unacceptable for a $2,400 fridge to breakdown after 2yrs and not being able to repair it.   I want either my money back or a replacement Fridge of equal value.

Thank you for making me aware of this issue. After contacting Whirlpool/Maytag on your behalf regarding this issue they have agreed to issue a return authorization. We challenged their factory service & warranty policies to make sure that you were satisfied. As of this response the exchange...

is being processed if not already done. We apologize for the time it took to exchange this unit but we were in discussion with the manufacturer & were addressing their initial refusal to make this right. unfortunate that I was declined my refund over and over again until I involved the Revdex.com. This is not a company I would recommend to do business with. They do not stand behind their products and do not treat customers fairly.

We have agreed to return the stove.  The customer accepted and it will be delivered later this week.

"try" and fix the refrigerator and was unable,(one week after ordering the parts).  According to him the replacement parts were not new, but refurbished and did not work.  He went on to tell me that this happens all the time.    I left a message for the manager at [redacted] and I have not heard back.

We issued a swap yesterday for the fridge.

Good Day, Thank You for making us aware of this situation. Most refrigerators come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty. Not knowing the brand or model number of this unit the year has past & I can only state in general terms. The compressor usually has a longer warranty but may...

be on parts only. This would need to be directed tow the manufacture for service as per their warranty terms which may have well past. We would be more than happy to assist the customer to get the information to contact the manufacturer for service. In this case we will be unable to exchange this unit due to these terms. However, if the manufacturer determines that an exchange is warranted we can then do that. To be clear, the manufacturer will determine this through the reports that they will then provide to us.  the Please contact our customer service department to assist on this & they will help you get in touch with the correct service company in your area.
