In response to the complaint, here goes: Yes, the wiper arm was left off, that was completely our fault, as was the time it took to repair the vehicle. However, we did do a lot of extra body repair to the vehicle for the customer that did make us take a little more time than we wanted it to....
However, that still is our fault. We should never inconvenience our customers, and in doing so it makes things difficult for everybody. there are no excuses for the battery being low and wiper not being on vehicle. That I can understand if not accept full anger from our customer. However, the brake issue is from an old rusted brake line that has been leaking for quite some time (build-up all aver frame) and ballast issues with headlights, both of which are additional repair items not originally discussed in the agreed scope of work. At this time I have already spoken to Mr. [redacted] and let him know what was going on with the repairs. He is aware and told me to take the time necessary to repair the vehicle. NOW BEFORE THE MESSAGE GETS LOST, we never want to inconvenience our customers ever!!!! We strive to give our customers a very favorable product and do it without it taking too long. It is our utmost apology for any inconvenience we may have caused our customer, and in the future we will work hard to make every effort to keep our customers happy. Thank you [redacted]

I would also like to add they went above and beyond to satisfy my complaint,if needed in future I will do business and also recommend them.I also will add maybe I need to be a little more patient.
