Hello [redacted], I hope this email finds you doing well. I am writing in response to complaint ID [redacted] from a Mr.[redacted]. Here is my experience/response: On April 11, 2016, one of my associates [redacted] spoke with Mr.[redacted]. It was agreed upon, by both parties, that [redacted]...

would oversee the completion of Mr.[redacted]'s project. All of the work completed has been protected; any damage that has occurr**--such as transmission seals, was caus** by the car not being driven--not by negligence. It is true that Mr.[redacted]'s vehicle has been stor** outside, just as all of our other vehicles are. Mr.[redacted]'s car was outside but covered. Any scratches to the paint job well be repaired prior to completion. The only reference regarding a lawsuit was made by Mr.[redacted]. I quickly suggest** that Mustang Auto be allowed to complete the project as a law suit would not benefit either parties.My attorney advised Mustang Auto to cease all work on the vehicle until a new contract was signed as Mr.[redacted] has indicated a law suit.
