I don't believe for one second that Mustang Builders deserve an A+ rating here at the Revdex.com I myself gave them a terrible review in the past, but it is not showing up here for some reason These guys ripped me off blindly, first with an outrageous quote (times more than what I finally got it built for), then by reneging on our agreement and swindling me out of a LOT of money and building materials How about this for starters: I signed a $10,insurance check over to them with the undertanding that they would tear down the damaged building plus the good one in exchange for the materials in both (about $20k - $30K in materials), and then they would use the $10,check for excavation When it came time to excavate, the head of this company, Kevin, told me, in essence, "No, we earned that $10,because we met with you to go over your plans on several occasions....: and we also tore down your buildings." I had emails that would've been contractually binding, but my place of employment deleted them all and didn't archive And the shabby contract we signed after the fact seemed to cover their deceitful actions The bottom line: It cost me $10,plus $30,in materials to have these is (a) meet with me to go over my plans and (b) tear down two small buildings (less than square feet total) I reported them to the State of Michigan If you are considering these guys, look elsewhere Other builders are cheaper and more honest
