Mustang Carpet & Tile Cleaning

I scheduled an appointment for April 28thI was clear that I would pay in cash and I would not be present I explained the person I hired to clean the home would be present and I would provide an alternate phone numberI received the price and again confirmed I would pay in cashI was in a meeting and received a call and textI called back as requested and was advised that an additional $was required for an extra cleaningAfter several minutes, Ramon explained that his wife (the person that set up the appointment) didn't "know the difference between a grade and 9"Well as a consumer, neither do I and asked him to go ahead and clean the carpet for the $I had already agreed to payWhy should I be required to pay for that mistake? He refused and stated it would look like he never cleaned the carpetI advised I could only use three companies and had to turn my key in Monday by noon and there was no way for me to make arrangements to have the carpet clean with less than hrsI asked for him to please clean the carpet for the amount provided, because it needed to be done and seeing that I was not provided any additional information when I set up the appointmentHe DISCONNECTED the line after refusing to at least complete the cleaning I agreed to when scheduling the cleaning *The reason why it took so long for me to write a review of my awful experience with this company (because I did advise Ramon right away I would file a complain and file a review) is due to the time it took to transition into my new home

I've lived in the Phoenix area for nearly years and have used numerous cleaning companiesSimply put, Mustang is by far the best in the valley Everyone at the company takes great pride in their work and does whatever they have to do to get a good result I have had Mustang clean ugly, old carpet, fancy new tile, and upholstery, and everything they touch turns out amazingReally nice people, excellent quality of work, and very reasonable prices The best!!

We have used Mustang for both carpet and tile cleaning and have been more than satisfied with the quality of their work They are very careful and thorough when they clean and the people are all very nice, knowledgable and are customer service oriented I prefer to use family owned businesses for services since they treat your house like it was their own I would highly recommend Mustang Carpet and Tile Cleaning to anyone

I called Mustang Carpet and Tile yesterday (Tuesday), and told them I needed my 'new' couches cleaned ASAP.

I run a business, so I know how scheduling works, but it just so happened they had an opening the NEXT morning!

They gave me a half-hour arrival period (tight!), and showed up right on time, early this morning.

One of the great things about this company, is they will give you a price right over the phone, instead of telling you they have to be at the location to determine.

I got both of my over-sized sofas with a thousand pillows apiece cleaned for under $150, and it didn't take them long at all!

I hung out with [redacted]. and [redacted]. while they were steam cleaning the couches, and they were super personable and knowledgeable about all the questions I had, and they were also extremely thorough with their work.

I love my new clean couches, and I will refer Mustang Carpet and Tile to ALL of my friends and family when they need carpet, tile or upholstery cleaned, and definitely ask for [redacted] and [redacted]!!!

I called Mustang to come clean my studio apartment carpet. With having a dog and having accidents, I needed it professionally cleaned. They were running behind, but called me right away to make sure that would still be ok. They showed up, introduced themselves, and apologized again. They were friendly, dressed professional and did a great job! I would definitely recommend to family and friends and use again. Thanks again Mustang!!

Mustang showed up as they said they would. They provided top notch service. They pretreated all carpets, moved small furniture, used edge guards (protecting my walls which were just painted) and cleaned the carpet and stairs meticulously. They asked questions regarding specific needs and explained everything.

They put furniture back on foam blocks to protect the carpet.

The price was very fair and included everything. The big companies seem to charge extra for things like pretreating and I've had small businesses that will not move anything.

I am very happy with Mustang and will use them as long as we are in the valley.
