Mustang plumbing came to my house for my shower Handel somethig happen and it wouldn't turn off the water. A man came out not very nice and didn't talk. He did something to my shower handle and then came down stairs and said it was all fixed didn't even tell me what was wrong. Well I had to leave so I didn't go upstairs and look. Which now I wish I would have. Next day I go to take shower and my shower is ice cold and I notice the my handle was on wrong. Didn't think anything of it. Thought maybe the hot water ran out from doing laundry. So I go about my day next day I get in the shower same thing. So I go to my other bathroom and turn on the faucet an I have hot water. So I check the bathtub and I also hot water. So I call mustang plumbling and they send the guy out. He goes upstairs and I hear him take off the faucet and fix it. Then he came back downstairs and told me that there is nothing wrong with it. He said that my sink tub and shower were all the same temp. He said it must be my hot water heater. He told me to adjust my hot water heater. I told him I did not know how to do that. He said here I will show you. So he does and leaves and apologize for the inconvience and left. So I go take a shower and my water is so hot I have to get out. Next thing I know I have a 69.00 bill for a house call. I call them back and said I should not have to pay the bill because the only reason he came back out was because he messed up the first time. They said they would get back to me. Never did. Gave lame excuse to my warranty company over and over. Then 6 months later. They guy that came to my house said he was the owner and that nothing was wrong and he didn't need to fix anything.

So I'm not asking for my money back at all. I will pay it but what I don't think is right. Is that a company lies over and over. Then when a customer calls don't tell them you have a family emergency and then never get back to the customer. Just admit you made a mistake and get on with your day.

Now that I sit here and read all the reviews on [redacted] and other pages. They have done the same thing with other customers. Wow I didn't know a single company has so many family emergencys. Also the same thing as not doing the job right the first time and then lies about what was wrong. Then charges there customer. I will never use this company again and I will make sure that all my family and friends do not use them. This company lies and rips people off when they are the ones that do not do the job right in the first place.
