I am rejecting this response because: on several occasions I dropped the vehicle off at the shop told them the problem and all they did was turn off the service engine lightThen told me if it continues bring it backAnd I didEach time they said they don't know just keep it cool and make sure I drive around with lots of waterWhen I went in and paid the $I mentioned it to them again that it keeps getting hot they told me "if it over heats just bring it back in and we will fix itIt's under warranty." We took it in and that's when they said "it's a blown head, warranty cancels out." I had a mechanic come by and take a look at it, to find out I had four of the six spark plugs not properly installedAnd the mechanic told me "wow you got ripped off." Regardless the problem should have been fixed and it wasn'tI want my money backAnd tell never do busy with this company again
This aformentioned car has a plastic water outlet which has a crack. This causes the car to heat up. However, we received the car 3 months after a head job was done with absolutely no coolant in it at all. The customer should have brought the vehicle before it overheated to the point of not turning...
on anymore. This is negligence on the behalf of the driver and is not covered under our warranty (which was for 6 months/6K miles). On the first day the customer received the car after the head job was completed, we informed him there was a crack in the coolant reservoir. He refused repairs at the time due to lack of funds. He also agreed to pay for the work done in payments, which would span the length of 3 months. His first payment was of $800 that day. After the car began to heat up on him, he returned to have the coolant reservoir replaced and after that, we did not hear from him for 3 months. During those three months, we tried contacting him. However he never came in to make any more payments. Later we found out from his boss that he had been fired from his work. We assumed this is why the customer has not made any more payments. We also feel he purposely did not see us till after he had run the car without any coolant to avoid making future payments. The last time he brought the car (3 months after the work was done) he stated that the vehicle was heating up and made a payment of $80. This is when we found that car was run for a long time without coolant, thus voiding any warranty we provide. He still has an outstanding balance of $1564.54 and negligence on his behalf has voided his warranty.
I am rejecting this response because: that's all lies, the day of me dropping off the vehicle Jay told me no problem bring it in. It's under warranty. That's the whole reason why I took it back to the shop. Secondly the mechanic that just finished working on my vehicle. Told me that the motor heads were never placed right, as well as sized to the right measurement. Which cause the problem of overheating. Therefore it is the shops fault, and it is under warranty. I can provide with a full invoice of the new repairs that I had to get done to it upon request. With that being said again I ask for my money back, and for the co-signer gets his name cleared.
Everything was done right,and you know the reason why the car overheat you knew it was leaking just never bother to bring it in since you money and didn't wanna pay thats the real reason you never brought it back. so im sorry your not getting any money backafter all we did to help you guys out thats how we get repaid. I help you out when you couldn't even give me the down payment I let you slide I cut you a break to the point I was losing money.I will never do business with people like you shady people trying to scam us to get out of paying your bills. all done
