Mustangs Unlimited has been a customer of ours since 2000. They have always been a great customer for us. They recently stopped paying their bills. It has been a year and we still have open invoices with Mustangs Unlimited. If they aren't paying their bills, then how can they get the product their customers are purchasing. Do some research before buying from this company. Something is very wrong with Mustangs Unlimited. Do not get sucked in.

Fajardin and I filed a complaint with [redacted] Unlimited. It was all a mis-communication. Neither I nor they understood the difference between aftermarket and new old stock parts. Please cancel this complaint. [redacted]
Review: I ordered a part in April of 2015 (order #[redacted]).
The order consisted of an electrical switch for a 1966 [redacted]. Once I installed the part, it failed to work as intended. Please note, this part is 'plug and play', meaning it should just plug in and work.
That being said, the part worked correctly for a short while and then stopped.
Basically the part is supposed to allow for intermittent windshield wipers as opposed to just on and off. The part worked fine, but then went to on and off only - meaning it was no longer doing what it was advertised to do.
I quickly sent [redacted]s Unlimited and email to their customer service contact, and never received a reply. Over the last couple of months, I have sent 3 more asking for resolution - either in technical support, exchange, and/or refund.
[redacted]s Unlimited has not sent a single response.Desired Settlement: I would be happy with a refund at this point. The part doesn't work, and I don't want to have to do business with this company any longer.
I will take my business elsewhere.
