Was unhappy when Mutton in Fort Waye on Illinois did not fix my mower first time and wanted to charge me to fix a second timeThis was after I reported they did not fix it the first time in a couple weeks of receiving it back the first time
Manager followed up with me and offered a more than fair offer to fix on a second try
I am happy to report my mower is working great again
Not very honest business very rude service manger owner not much better consumer beware of bait and switch advertise Toro 21" super recycler personal pace with blade override list price on sale for bait when you go to store change price to say they you give you for trade switch when in reality they give you nothing for trade they are nice till they get your money then their done with you take my advise not do trade in better yet stay away from Muttons aka crooks
My husband heard about Gregg chiropractic life center pcon radio stations am and FM Before you let this DrJames Gregg treat you get a second opinion he will hurt not heal you DrJames Gregg is not a truthful person he shows you x-rays that are not yours new x-rays from DrBader in Taylor and my MRI proves it On my first visit (6-28-2017) with DrJames Gregg I told him that I have pain in my middle back caused by an injury three years ago 7-10- DrGregg examined me and took x-rays and said that I had a stiff neck that caused my middle back pain not from the injury and that my inter vertebral disk has deteriorated and the vertebra are going to fused together and if he doesn't treat me right away my back will get worse and I will not be able to do anything in the future After arguing with DrGregg and my husband that the pain is in my middle back and I don't have a stiff neck or lower back pain they confidence me to have the treatment After the first day of treatment by DrJames Gregg I got no relief for my middle backThen on the second visit (6-29-2017) DrGregg's son did the treatment I told DrGregg's son about my middle back pain his treatment ways very different then his fathers and I had great relief from my middle back pain On the third visit (6-30-2017) before my treatment by DrJames Gregg I told him that his son found the pain in my middle back and I feel much better DrJames Gregg faced turned red and he would not look at me and treated me very rough and hurt me badly not only did he make the middle back worse he messed up my lower back and hips so I could barely walk I cried and had to take pain relief medication for days until I got up enough courage to trust and call another chiropractor I told DrBader on Ecorse in Taylor what DrJames Gregg said and did, DrBader x-rays confirmed that DrJames Gregg is not truthful
I purchased a lawn tractor from Mutton's but when delivery time came the sales manager wanted to give me a used tractor for the new one I purchased....will never buy there AGAIN! Obviously the serial numbers and sales receipt would not match the first lawn mower and would affect the warranty Sales manager should be fired for his cheap trick!!!!
