First off, the business owner is being dishonest and there was no misunderstanding of the processThe company did not dig down to the footing as advertised which was my initial complaint; it was only dug a few feet above the footingAlso, the company mentioned that they would return the following day to re-cement what they dug out, but they didn't do so until two days laterIf it is not covered during rain, the open area would just be covered in waterThis to me is not a good business practice. Secondly, they performed a partial job of waterproofing which means that water shouldn't get into that area where they performed the job, but on the days it rained, water continued to get into my basement. Lastly, I'd like to receive my refund of the initial deposit made as service was not performed as advertised and the company provided no waterproofing whatsoever on the partial job they performed.

did not make a decision at this time either.He then insisted on my coming back yet again on October **, 2016 and that time said he wanted us to dig out and seal 53 feet of foundation wall. The quote was $130 per foot for a total of $6890.00. We offered a discount and agreed on a price of $6000.00He insisted that I return personally on Monday, October [redacted]2016 to get a signed contract and a deposit of 2100 and to start the job the next dayThe job was scheduled for three days running from Tuesday the [redacted] through the [redacted].Upon our arrival on the [redacted] we chopped out 20 feet and dug down to footing and sealed with sodium bentonite [redacted] apparently misunderstood the process and thought we were going to dig under the footing. This can not be done as it will compromise the stability of the foundation wall. He was not happy with this explanation and wanted it done his way. He then cancelled the remainder of the job. We agreed to return the following day to re cement what we had chopped. We did not cover the trench since the sealant was already in place and it was not necessary.We completed the 20 feet which was a total cost of $2600. He had given a deposit of $2100 so he owed us $500. We are willing to not attempt to collect that amount in attempt to show good business practice.We feel we did everything we could to satisfy [redacted] and would like this complaint taken off.I apologize for the delay in responding.
