Please see attached documentsThis individual came into Hoffman Lumber Coand ordered a 6-0x 6-door and a 3-0x 6-side panel before he had a rough opening to install it inHe did not consult with his contractor about the size of the opening required to install these itemsHe later asked his
contractor, an individual Hoffman Lumber Cohas worked with many years, to remove a section of his wall and install the itemsHis contractor informed him that because of structural requirements he could not remove a section of the wall large enough to install both itemsHe was only able to install the 6-0x6-doorThe windows delivered to the individual were exactly what he orderedThese windows meet or exceed the requirements of the Texas Department of Insurance for the gulf coast of TexasWhen Mr*** placed his order for the door and windows he was informed that Hoffman Lumber Codoes not stock doors and windows and that all orders for same are special order and not returnableWhen he brought the side panel back to Hoffman Lumber Co and asked for a refund he was reminded again of this policy.I informed Mr*** that I would keep this item in my warehouse and if possible try to sell it to someone elseHowever at this time my offer to do this has been withdrawn.Robert L***
