Ms. [redacted] provided to the Revdex.com, including our fee agreement and the two most recent letters I have sent to Ms. [redacted].  I kindly ask that you carefully review these documents, which list the length of my legal representation of this client, and the reasons for my withdrawal. Lastly, please review Articles 3.08 and 3.09 of our executed fee agreement for clarification on the notice provided to the client regarding Offer in Compromise processing fees and deposit fees.  We are proud of the high level of service and the clear and detailed communication we provided Ms. [redacted], and we regret that she has found our services to be less than satisfactory.
