The answer provided was "No." When the background check was run on Mr***, the CCAP report provided information of a possible bankruptcy in which a credit report was then run confirming that it was within the last yearsThis resulted in a cancellation of the policy which was effective days after the letter informing him of the reason was mailed to Mr*** in accordance with state lawAs for the refund amount, Mr*** was not refunded the full amount because he had insurance coverage on his house from June 21, to 12:A.MCST on August 14, His remaining refund amount was mailed on August 15, due to the policy cancelling on August 14, and generating the refund check the following business dayIf you have any further questions or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact usSincerely, *** ***
