I am rejecting this response because: They only gave you policies number which I have I admitted in the past I might miss December and pay two months in January but that wasn't the case in I paid in Octand I paid for Novand DecIn Nov and the
system still generated letters? Ms*** is incorrect about the number of policies I have with *** ***, policy #'s ***., ***, ***, *** and *** are All my policyI've talked to that office three times starting in December thru January and shouldn't have gotten letterers two months in a rowVery seldom my payments be later in month to make their system send me a letterThis happens every year in January for the last or so yearsI talked to *** in Decand I talked to *** on 12/27/and assured me that I will get letters in JanuaryI pay my bill the first week of every month so how can it be lateI haven't received any statement yetI just sent in my March premium this weekend without a statement because I was told last month that February is when my next payment is dueNow she saying March I keep getting different information from different people in that officeThe policy lapses after days I was told since + yrs ago*** is not my group number eitherThe problem started this time when two of my son's was taken off as riders since they have grown and that policy number is *** which seems to have disappeared show-howThat premium is I was told is $and all together is $monthlyI was told differently but a few dollars offI have had Policy as a family since and don't understand how it got mixed up since my two son was no longer a rider which still left me as the insured since I open that account

8, 2017.  The request was sent to the District Manager for approval on May 15, 2017.  The District Manager responded on May 16, 2017.  The Home Office processed the request on May 23, 2017.  The Company issued a refund to [redacted] on May 23, 2017 in the amount of $602.34.It is the Company's expectation that this settles the matter for the compalinant.  If you have further questions, you may contact Consumer Affairs at 800-791-4357.

Maybe the next month it'll be right since thwere system generate before they actually  input my amounts.  Thanks for your help.

Dear Sir/Madam:
A complaint filed by Mr. [redacted] has...

been referred to my attention for review. Mr. [redacted] states that his policy has disability waiver of premium and has been trying to utilize this benefit for the last few years. He is requesting for his contract to be honored.
Policy number XXXXXXXXXX is a Twenty Payment Life policy issued on May 13, 2004.
The initial Waiver of Premium form was received December 3, 2015. Several letters were mailed to the insured requesting additional information. The requested documents were never received therefore the case was closed.
A second request was received on October 16, 2015. However, the Retirement, Survivors, and Disability Insurance form received from Social Security was dated December 19, 2014. Therefore, we requested a current treating physician's statement indicating that he is still disabled or a copy of the current letter from the Social Security Administration. To date, we have not received a current document.
In order to resolve the claim, the requested documents are required. If you or Mr. [redacted] has additional questions regarding this matter, please contact me at XXX-XXX-XXXX.

The Company received your letter dated January 5, 2017 in regard to the above referenced file which was referred to my attention for review and response.  [redacted] states she has been requesting a refund of premiums paid for insurance on the property located at [redacted]...

[redacted] as the property was sold on October 25, 2016.  The policy premiums are paid through January 2017.The Company received Request for Policy Cancellation dated November 11, 2016 which states cancellation is due to death of the insured, [redacted].  In response to this request, the Company needed a death certificate for [redacted] and a bill of sale showing when the property was sold.  As of today's date, the Company has received the death certificate of [redacted], but no bill of sale indicating when the property was sold from which the premium refund can be calculated.  Upon receipt of the bill of sale, a refund can be processed.If I can be of further assistance, please contact me at [redacted] extension [redacted].
