I ordered a custom bikini in March from Cheeks Bikinis On her website at the time, she said delivery would take up to weeks after she received payment She deposited my payment of $on April 13th, I emailed her on May 7th to follow up, since that was over weeks after and I still hadn't received my bikini She never responded I emailed her again on May 12th, and she said she'd been busy with her other job and would try to get it done on her next days off otherwise she'd issue me a refund After again, not hearing anything or receiving my bikini, I emailed her on May 24th asking if she can please rush it to me because I was leaving for my wedding/honeymoon and that was the purpose of my purchase from her She said she couldn't because the post office was closed for Memorial Day I asked her to rush ship it via [redacted] or [redacted] to me or to my friend later in the week so I could have it for my trip, and she said she couldn't, they were also closed Then once it was Tuesday and she could've rushed it to my friend, she stopped responding all together I emailed her again on June 12th, no response Then again on July 26th - where she claimed again to be busy at work She also changed her website to say 3-weeks for delivery, but she was far beyond that point with mine I reached out more times to her via email (I'm not even counting the times I reached out via [redacted] and [redacted] ) She would either not respond at all (the majority of the time) or tell me she's sending it soon and will send me a tracking number, which never happened Finally, on Sept 27, I told her if I didn't hear from her by Sept EOD, I would contact the Revdex.com And what do you know, she offered me a refund via PayPal on the spot I took it, knowing if I didn't, it's likely I'd never receive my bikini I know for a fact that I am not the only person she has done this to - and I will never recommend this business to anyone I'd recommend everyone else who is waiting on a bikini to ask for an immediate refund or file a complaint on her via the Revdex.com

on June in the amount of $There was sufficient liquidity in the account and the bill was paid on June 5.On June a second email was received from *** *** for an additional amountBecause there had been conflicting information on *** *** bills in the past, a staff member was asked to research the matter to ensure the school was not overpaid.On June the administrator told the complainant that the second amount would be paid as soon as possibleThe AO did, in fact, go on vacation June which caused a minor delay as we contacted the administrator to ensure we could go ahead with the paymentBecause investments had to be liquidated to raise sufficient cash to pay the bill, the second invoice was not paid until June 17, five business days after the bill was received.While we understand the complainant’s frustration, to our knowledge this is the first, and only, time there has been an issue with this accountAdditionally, it is an irrevocable trust and not a checking account from which funds can be immediately demanded.The bill referenced has been paid and, if the complainant would like to seek a new trustee, MutualBank would be willing to resign

She deposited my payment of $59 on April 13th, 2015. I emailed her on May 7th to follow up, since that was over 3 weeks after and I still hadn't received my bikini. She never responded.

I reached out 10 more times to her via email (I'm not even counting the times I reached out via [redacted] and [redacted]). She would either not respond at all (the majority of the time) or tell me she's sending it soon and will send me a tracking number, which never happened.
Finally, on Sept 27, I told her if I didn't hear from her by Sept 28 EOD, I would contact the Revdex.com. And what do you know, she offered me a refund via PayPal on the spot. I took it, knowing if I didn't, it's likely I'd never receive my bikini.
I know for a fact that I am not the only person she has done this to - and I will never recommend this business to anyone. I'd recommend everyone else who is waiting on a bikini to ask for an immediate refund or file a complaint on her via the Revdex.com.
