Moms, if you are considering buying a Sherri [redacted] dress from Muzzies in Houston, you are in for a rude awakening. Both Sherri [redacted] and Muzzies get a NEGATIVE 5 rating from me. We purchased a $600 dress back in January for prom. The dress my daughter tried on was a size 6 and zipped up just fine. She ordered a size 8 so we could have the length tailored but when the dress got here, it was a SIZE 4 with a size 8 label sewed in. My daughter could not even zip up her skirt (and she had lost 6 pounds). The stitching throughout the dress was sub-par at best with a few places completely lacking on the seam lines. I had the sizing of the dress inspected by a professional seamstress. Numerous calls to Muzzies were made with no return call so I called Sherri [redacted] directly. I have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully! Not only was the agent from Sherri [redacted] extremely rude, but completely unhelpful. She actually refused to speak with me about the situation stating that they don't deal with the public directly and I would have to contact the store that we purchased the dress from even after I had told her they weren't returning my calls. Muzzies has one of those "no return/no exchange" policies and believe me when I say they stand by it. I am reporting both companies to the Revdex.com now as the alterations to the dress are costing me an additional $200 in order for it to fit my daughter.
