At MVD NOW we try our best to provide superior customer service and it concerns us to hear this informationAs we have researched this transaction, this customer originally visited our office in late September 2016, prior to the state of NM MVD system change overWith any system upgrade or change over there are going to be bugs and errorsOne of the errors that has been noticed with this change over is information falling out of the systemMs***s title and registration are both logged in the system, however the scans provided were no longer available, hence the long process of requesting the proper documents to adequately serve the customerMs [redacted] was given instruction from MVD NOW on how to solve the situation and help her avoid additional charges but Ms [redacted] insisted on receiving physical documents which caused her to incur state feesWe are more than willing to continue to work with Ms [redacted] to get this situation resolved and satisfy her requests Tell us why here
