This is one of the most unpleasant, unprofessional companies that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.... The dispatchers are extremely rude and unprofessional. One particular is a female named ***. Since she seems to be the main contact, she represents the face of the company and how they operate. I was able to reach her one time and requested the status regarding the delivery of my vehicle She was suppose to get an update from the driver and call me right back. She actually denies this conversation, but I have her cell phone locked in on my phone. I never heard back from her until 4 days later when they delivered the car. She outright lies about what's going on and you can't get a straight answer on the status of the job! Trust me when I tell you, she could care less about you and your issues. She is one of the nastiest, most unpleasant individuals that I have ever dealt with! It's not the best customer service when you use profanity with your customers. Eventually, I found out that the vehicle left late, which caused the delivery of the car to arrive 3 days after the original delivery date. The entire time they had my car, which was 6 days, there was absolutely NO communication from her or anyone from her company. No one could reach the driver and no one returned calls! I had no idea where the car was! Unbeknown to me, her company was actually hired by the company that I hired to move the car. So.. make sure you know who is actually moving your car! I finally did get a response from her when the car was delivered. They make no excuses about whether their driver delivers on time. Her mentality was very "matter of fact" with an "I don't give a ... attitude! Run... buyer beware of this company! If you find out they are the ones moving your car, you better find someone else! Save yourself the aggravation!

They got the car from my door, called before, delivered on time, and I will call back all the years to come
