MVP Auto Sales & Service Reviews (2)

Review: I purchased a 2009 Acura [redacted] from MVP Auto in approx August. When we took possession of the vehicle we were told by both [redacted] and [redacted] that the two bottom front lights would be ordered and replaced, as they were both smashed out. There have been several phone calls made to both parties including text messages. We were told to call "next week" and they have since stopped answering our phone calls and text messages. I was promised replacement of those two non-functioning lights and I would like them repaired.Desired Settlement: I would like the lights that were promised to be replaced, to be replaced. They are completely non functional.

Review: I've purchased a vehicle with MVP Auto back in February 2014. After one month of having to purchase the vehicle, I started to notice some problems with it. I addressed the issue to the dealer of MVP Auto and they said they would fix the problem to bring it in and they'll take a look at it. They have claimed to have fixed all problems that needed fixing on the vehicle. A few months later I start to have more issues with the vehicle. I once again addressed it to the dealer of MVP Auto September 2014. I have text messages where I am discussing the issue with the dealer and that we agreed to meet at the dealership office that Saturday. Saturday came and neither dealer were at the office. I text the dealers to see whether we were still on about trading in the car or not because the car they had sold to me had too many problems. One of the dealers said that he forgot and that he was at his sons game. I then told the dealer that I was going to report him and MVP Auto to the Revdex.com. He then starts to make threats about his relative being a lawyer and all. After that day we have not had any contact with one another. I then go file a complaint with the [redacted] and a Rep of [redacted] said that they have spoken to the dealer(s) and that they agreed to pay for labor if I pay for parts. I declined of course because it's not fair that I have to pay repairs for a vehicle that they knew was defective. I have a work order on all the repairs that's needed to make the car safe. I travel back and forth from [redacted] with my children and that the mechanic at [redacted] of [redacted] couldn't believe I drove the vehicle as long as I did in the condition it is in. I'm asking to receive all of my money back that I paid to purchase the car and for costs of repairs that were done on the vehicle.Desired Settlement: I'd like to receive my money back and to get the loan out of my name.
